So, I decided to make one: <a title=\"JHS-106 in Clojure\" href=\"https:\/\/github.com\/tomimas\/JHS-106\" target=\"_blank\">tomimas\/JHS-106<\/a>. It does not have full compliance to <a title=\"JHS-106 in Finnish\" href=\"http:\/\/www.jhs-suositukset.fi\/suomi\/jhs106\" target=\"_blank\">JHS-106 specification<\/a>, but basic parsing is already there.
